Got a brand new iphone 4s turn out to be faulty.. Was told that to get a 1 to 1 exchanged refurbished back??!! How can it be not a brand new back? So is this consider apple selling refurbished iphone since its not replacing faulty product with brand new
In your case, the system is very unfair.
Did you hear this from the shop/telco or from Apple? You need to call AppleCare and speak to a rep, tell them your story and they will write a case. They will grant instructions to the shop/telco to give you a new phone, quote your case number to the shop. That's how Apple's customer service works. Usually the shops have no balls, no brains or both. Leave it to the shops and Apple's brand will be ruined.
Got this iphone from singtel and spoken many not couple times with the tech n cs team.. Was told its theirs agreement with apple to do this exchange with customer with faulty phone.
I believe this is the usual practices which lots of consumer is facing.. Just feel unfair to us consumers..
