Hi guys,I still have army and uni to go through but I cant help planning for my future now.As you guys see,I am studying Japanese, currently at advanced level, give me 1 or 2 more years and I will reach the highest level attainable. I have never enjoyed studying so much, to the point that I diligently revise my studies despite not having exams or tests.I then realised, I enjoy studying foreign languages, particularly Japanese.
So I asked a few seniors, they said the school that I am studying at has student exchange programs with a 3 months duration. He found a job using his student visa at a job fair in Japan, and thus it is easy to upgrade to business visa. I want to do smth like that but I am scared its hard to find a job in a mere 3 months, looking at how fresh grads having difficulty finding work in sg.
I compared a lot, I intend to homestay there to cut meal and apartment costs. However one thing I am concerned about is CPF.I understand its not compulsory for my Japanese employer to pay cpf.I prefer not having cpf to take my money. However, will this result in me being unable to buy a house in SG and Japan? Also,as a fresh grad, the starting pay would be around the same for both sg and japan so I should be fine with the commodity prices and stuffs.Additionally, other than being a translator/interpreter ,what other jobs can I find based on a multilinguistic degree and JLPT N1?
Also what shld i do about remittance of money?i have a uob joint acc amd i just have to find a uob atm?
hmmm...
