So it's the holidays and everyone is finding a job. Recruit Express is an hiring agency. A hiring agency should have helped the people find jobs, is it not? They should respect the individual's requests, is it not?
I entered Recruit Express @ Jurong East and just when I entered, a girl left the office. So when I was filling in my particulars at the chair, which is right beside the office, there was this woman who was criticising the girl that just left the office. Apparently, the girl had many limitations and she was not suitable for many jobs. The woman was shouting to her colleagues, the whole office in fact, about how demanding the girl was. She was mocking the girl, laughing at her and her colleagues laughed along. The woman then said that if that girl was so demanding, she might as well leave the office and she questioned why the girl even came to find a job.
I was really disgusted but I did get a job that pays me less than 7 per hour... I am planning to quit the temporary job ASAP. How could the hiring agency mock the girl and her requests? Shouldn't the agency have been patient with her and try to find her a job instead of driving her out of the agency indirectly with verbal hints? This is my first and last time I am going to let Recruit Express @ Jurong East get me a job. Srsly, most of them are so lazy to get their butts off the chair.
i can tell u, every other recruitment agency also like tt
they publicly (within the office) laugh at candidates' resume
Wow, it's a norm? God...
laff at picture, language (those really badly written resume)
even the sleepy voice when u answer their call (guessing u have been clubbing the night before)
and when u leave their office (after the pre-interview) they oso will be gossiping abt how u look, how u dress, ur expectations too high for the job, 自力....... blah blah blah
u can try working in a recruitment agency
the nature of their work makes them judgemental people.
They have to size you up based on your CV....
Not a surprise .... Recruit Express is top in practising unprofessionalism among other black sheeps in the same industry.
Do not trust agents fully.
