lol you funny
I personally do not think he is smart. He appears smart because of how confidently (and egoistically) he expresses his opinions. I find it ironic that although an advocate for personal rights and freedom (or at least that is what I assume he is), he condemns those who choose their religion, be it Christianity or Islam. And recently, an advocate for consensual child pornography? Seriously?
He is someone with a lot of hate and resentment, and judging from his terrible experiences so far, he may have been forced to adopt an excessively cynical world view. Just my opinion. But let's all stop feeding his ego.
The criticisms he levels against the govt and the system are nothing new, it's only cos he uses much stronger language that he gets so much attention.
nahits not the stronger language but the sheer thickheaded daringness of his LKY video
I followed him home the other day.
Teenage blogger Amos Yee is back in court to face charges http://str.sg/4qPX
so where are his supporters, or those are there defending him coz he help them further their agenda??
Amos Yee does U-turn and pleads guilty to two of his eight charges http://str.sg/4coc
I think Singapore in general has freedom of expression and speech. As long as you express it with concrete reasons clearly stating facts and politely. Some of Amos' claims are not new stuff, he picked them off from sources in the internet. But i think he was too rude with his choice of words. Its not liked the Government do not allow you to post or even write about politics on the internet. Even if you are strong in words and volcabulary you must also understand the meaning of the word and the appropriate moment or circumstances to use it.
should I?
shd u wat?
date him?!!?!?!?!
