Can i purchase BTO after due date?

  I am eligible to purchase BTO. If the deadline for application has passed, can i still buy the BTO in event that there is still rooms that are unselected or someone has dropped out their flat?

  Yes, sale of balance flats usually happens every 6 months. Demand is very high though..

  you need to wait for SBF session, normally 2 times per year
