4th Town Council Management Report released

Here is the results of the 4th TCMR. All town councils were rated green in both areas of cleanliness and lift performance. Of the 15 TCs which were graded for maintenance, eight were rated amber while the remaining were rated green.
And moving on to S&CC Arrears Management, AHTC was the only TC to be rated red, Potong Pasir- Amber, and the rest were rated green.
Finally on coperate governance which is a new indicator on the report, Tampines and Jurong TCs were rated amber while the other twelve TCs were rated green. AHTC rating for this indicator is still pending as they have yet to submit its auditor's management letter.

Also, do you agree with the TCMR this time? For my TC in West Coast, still see litters and yet they graded green. Also do you agree that AHTC should be graded red in S&CC Arrears Management. For me, the way the WP run its own TC is different from PAP. How TCs were graded were based on how PAP wants TCs to run so as to give higher ratings for PAP and lower for oppositions, especially in S&CC.
PAP really forces residents to pay S&CC while AHTC is different, they do not charge residents a single cent, so that is why they were rated red on S&CC because the TCMR was done and rated, based on what the PAP wants all TCs including oppositions, to run the way it should be.

okay i know not only aljunied. even pap run councils constituencies i bet also got people owe SCC. i wonder for thiose cases how they get the owing people to pay so that their report cards very good no reds?

issit theyr were forced out of homes? made to wash dishes? or are people taking advanteg of WP status to oew SCC?!
i dont believe all these report shit. its time to overlook reports that sgreans donot concern on the collectors concern becasue no collect no money.

NOt sure if they increase the fee but their service standard dropped. I saw the cleaner staring at the dirt and walked away without sweeping. Complained to Town Council many times but they cannot be bothered to do a good job cleaning.

Wonder which of them has already increase S&CC. All I can know is that AHTC did not increase their S&CC since the GE last year. No wonder the PAP give excuses, such as higher maintanence costs to increase their S&CC. Though AHTC also faces the same problem, they still did not increase S&CC at all, so now you know the difference between PAP and oppositions.
That is why recently, Sembawang- Nee Soon and Tampines TCs raised their fees for shop owners. And the reason for S-NS TC? To increase profits. Nowadays companys like TCs and transport operators only care about profit, and not serving the people.

I suspect all PAP town councils use the payment of S&CC for investment. Thats why they always hard up for money and do not hesitate to send notice to residents who do not pay and threaten to bring them to court.
