Has there been a live performance of a song that stands out, because of the energy, the skill, the passion, or anything else good? Post it!
Give us the artiste, the song, the date and venue of the performance. I'll get the ball rolling:
The Who - Baba O' Riley (May 1978)
Townshend, Moon, Entwistle and Daltrey could've been high on narcotics...or just their own music!
KT Tunstall - Black Horse & The Cherry Tree (Taratata, 1 July 2005)
One very talented woman and a loop station = wonders!
May not be everyone's cup of tea but it is one of my personal favourite.
Mainly because of the atmosphere, the music and its purpose.
X Japan - Kurenai (Tokyo Dome, 31 Dec 1997)
U2 - Pride (In The Name of Love) (Dortmund 1984)
Love the energy in this. Syracuse 1987 comes close.

Paradise City by Guns N' Roses. Freddie Mercury tribute in 1992(?). If I could take one trip back in time, this would be it.
hmm.. the one that really strike me most is the metallica and some symphony concert playing together. but i like santana better.
