There is probably hardly anyone in Singapore who has not heard the music of Billboard-charting American composer and pianist, Kevin Kern, whether they realise it or not!
Kevin's self compositions are the musical choice of many individuals and organisations in search of soothing music that has a resonance in todayÂ’s hectic world.
Kevin, a Steinway artist, is visually handicapped and draws inspiration for his music from the realms of his imagination, a process acknowledged in his latest Billboard-charting album, Imagination's Light, on the Real Music record label.
As a child, Kevin would sit in a room lit only by firelight, allowing his imagination to bring forth the images and emotions he then combined with his immense talent into musical expression. To this day, Kevin still darkens the studio lights to compose his uniquely exquisite piano music, accompanied only by "Imagination's Light".
