Help identify this music only piece

  Hello. Anyone knows the title of this piece of music? I've heard it over the backgrounds of some HK drama serial and it was also used as a background music for a "sand drawing" demonstration.

  And does anyone have a clearer version? I ripped this off from a movie file which was taken from a handheld camera (i suppose), so it's a bit muffled, quality not THAT good and got clapping at the end.
