First Team in the 3 teams

this is just my thoughts
i am sure the 2 teams --Rage 45th each got at least 7 to 9 members right ?
and i am very sure that every member wants a place in the first team and secure it
but my thought is ....
erm..
if u want to be in the first team
why not make it a point to prove to the rest you are worthy in the first team ?
this goes those to every members
even those who are in the first team
never feel complacent and egoistic about yourself
thats the way to improve
just hope that eveyone make it a point to practice frequently
