  I just brought 1 Geforce2 MX lah
  Then hor when i play cs the max fps is 75
  My fps_max is 100 lor
  Then if throw smoke bomb then will drop to 30+
  is it normal?

  you got the MOST recent drivers?
  
  if you are using the drivers "from the box" (in other words the ones that the GF2 ships with) then they SUCK and you'll get bad performance.
  
  Go d/l the most recent drivers and try again. If not email me and can try some other things. THe GF2 should ROCK at CS.
