hmm....here is a suggestion
why not any mc member is able to recuit ? i mean err... when a mc member sees a guy that is good blah blah blah and then he observes him for a little while after i period of time the certain mc member will post in this forum about the certain "good" teamate he has found then blah blah blah then goes on trial then blah blah then finally becomes a mc member in this way you guys can have a big, well organised clan.
anyway i don' think nirvana can cope with so many trials right..?

i disagree lah actually ur idea can be expanded but this i think the council would not accept if everyone were to recruit and recruit there would be a lot of chaos... i think...dun u all think hmm... well nirvana will be able to cope lah as we all know he is a responsible leader

well....i think i have done my job quite well.
i have entertained every request to join MC and given them a fair answer.
i granted really geniune and serious requests with a trial.
After tat whether u join MC depends on votes between the council members or even the whole MC clan.
and i think whether i can cope with my current appointment is for me to decide or if i have not done my job well....the council
can elect another person to do it.

for currently trialist to be fair, either i had met them in real life or they had contacted me personally, thus they had been granted a trial, if they meet the requirements of joining MC. And i do not mean only ppl good in cs can join. Wat we do look for eventually is ur attitude.
even u are juz an average player, but with a very good attitude, i will still consider giveing u a trial. Cos after u join MC, and play with us often, i dun think u will still be an average player.
ppl who are great in cs but have a FUCKED UP attitude, such as ppl who think they are so good and MC would be begging to recruit them like that. These kind of ppl i would not even entertain.
But if u actully come talk to me as in icq or irc, i would still access the situation and give u a fair answer
so dun freaking tell me wat to do as u dun even freaking know wat the MC internal structure is now.
