Departments and reorganisation of MC clan

Ok guys hear this.
First of all after hours of discussion.
We will have three departments.
First Recruit Department will be leaded by Nirvana alone and do not need anyone else as we stop recruitment. So dun pester Nirvana too much as he will reject every application or request from now onwards.
Second, Disciplnary Department will be headed by me (KuKuBird) and Target1 aka A.
Disciplinary action will be taken and submited for voting.
Third, Welfare Department which I consider the most important department to keep MC alive. Kali, Foxtrot aka force, topgun, and tarreanda. They are in charge for outings organising, Clan matches and contacts.
From the three departments there will be 7 peoples and they are the voting members. They are so called the HOD(Head of Departments) and will lead MC for improvement.
Finally, we will abolish the current ranking systems as it has created unnecessary problems and conflict among most of us. We do not want ANY MC members to abuse their rank and be too arrogant as their rank are higher. I believed that ranking systems has make some of us too power hungry and make some of us that we have certain control over certain things so that is abolished!
There will be a posting on team rearrangement. So stay tuned
As far as concern, all this are settled and discussed. -
