Do we need so many allies?

Personally, what does allies do for gaming clans?
For Alphabets, quite a few of them are in MC.
Hell, they are a training ally to us.
Now, what are the future allies for? -
playing wif, training, exchanging members for a period of time thus exchanging ideas/tactics.

MC used need allies in DF days because sometiems we don't have enough members online to fight matches.
Now CS MC, what do we lack that we need allies?
Exchange of ideas and tactics?
I am not sure too, the decision of alliance was not made by me. -
Umm.. as i say b4.. i feel that MC clan is still quite immature wise in tactics and etc lor... so maybe we should have some better clan that are gd in that field to test us out.. and to teach us lor... for example... if we take Death clan or CsT for practise... i'm sure we will improve in no time...

we dun not need any more allies for now..we r juz as fine as things r now..no need to find another ally when we ourselves need more training based on strategic postioning amd teamwork and tatics to unleash HE correctly is important too..dun forget if u learn the art of HE u can easliy despatched the other team`s maybe 2 to 3`s health and the back soldier or u yrself can finsh them off much easier..toking abt free frags..lol

with regards to Insignia's post, i think i try to speak a bit for the Alpha's.
we're a clan that draws it's members from the internet, ie we don't really know each other in person (cept for a few guys) since like that ah, we seldom go to LAN shop one. when we try to organise outings, oso very hard... so i don't really foresee the Alpha's going down to G-surf much for training etc. somemore all of us are quite old liao, many are busy wif work/university/army/etc. i guess we try to make it when we can... Alpha's got outing/etc i try to jio you all oso lah.
i guess the alliance was formed becos most of us Alpha's play on the net alot so over time get to know most of you guys. Anyway, we will try to lend our assistance to MC whenever we can lah, and that's the purpose of our alliance. oso to make new frens/etc. -
why dun we have S.T.O.R.M as our alliance?
they go down for training every week at g surf and most of them are quite good..
just a suggestion. -
