The enabling software is called KALI"
The enabling software is called KALI (kudos to Jay Cotton for writing this great piece of software). It now allows most LAN based multiplayer games to be play over the Internet (and Singapore ONE). KALI used to be a DOS only program, and only Gurus and Hackers know how to get it to work properly. Today, a GUI version of KALI client is available for Windows 95 and OS/2 to make setting up the networking a much easier task. Most configuration is done with dialog box and pop-up menus.
The current version of Kali95 is 1.56. You can download KALI95 1.56 here, or from the main KALI site
www.kali.net. Kali95 is shareware, and will run for 15 minutes at a time unless you buy a license (only S$30, and well worth it). Check out the KALI site to find out more on how you can register the software.
After you download the installation program to a directory, double click on it to run the installation program. The first thing you do is configure Kali95 as shown in Figure 1. If you have registered you copy of KALI, you may enter the serial number now, otherwise, ignore that for now.
