  Steyer Scout will be very useful for serious tourneys like the upcoming CPL. Win the 1st round and get a good team mate to get a scout, and the team has an extreme range weapon straight away, while the opposition can afford only subs and maybe the M3. Not to mention many opponenets won't buy kevlar to save cash, thus making the SCout a one shot kill to chest, gut, head. Win the first 2 rounds, dominate cah and you got the match wrapped up.

  hey...gif mi scout sure can one! hahaha
  i chionged (or rather, they chiong mi) 2 AKs & i got them both...at close range somemore....wahahaha.
  
  all i did was shoot without zoom like pistol,shoot liaoss then switch to knife & back....fast sia...
  
  its like a 2 shot kill pistol.
  moreover it uses the 7.62 calibre bullets.
