i think it's really time to take away this ranking system...
I mean...
it seriously has crated a number of conflicts in between the clan.
For example, in a game, i just said something and a certain player said that he could demote me.
He was not an officer or anything so i do not see any reason in which he could demote me.
Secondly, why demote me for something that i said if it was not offending to the clan?
And so what if you are a private. Some of the privates are good also right?
And the ranks are based on human prejudice and also on personal judgement.
We better do something about these ranks before serious conflicts reallie arise.
MC is no longer like when it started out. -

There wouldn't be discrimination against any low ranked members.
The rank is a way to movtivate players and I am pretty sure most people love promotions.
About abolishing the rank....
This would probably need the council of MC to decide whether we should do away with the ranking system.

About what merv say i totally agree with that rank do give us some conflict between us.
About i have not been active recently is because i am deeply sorry for the stuipid i done to MC and all i can do is to say sorry to every1 in MC. I hope for forgiveness through every1 in MC. I dunno should i give the reason why i done this anot... the point to me is i make a very BIG mistake in my life in CS society. -

Who has offended you?
If you want to lodge a complain, do it straight. I have yet to see any officer speak in a ill-mannnered way to any of the members? If you encountered such problems, let me know. Has that officer been that all the time? He might just be angry in real life and thus was not in a good mood while playing game.

Please get it clear, if anyone stay in MC for a long time, yes he might get promoted but how far will he go too depends on how much contributions have he made. Being an officer will not be as simple as you all think. Are you all willing to be responsible and often get together with the other officers and plan things out for MC? Would most people want to feel inferior or try to fight their way out to make better prospect for themselves? I feel sorry for those people who feel inferior but this is the world, you will need to learn how to accept the facts that this world is never fair.
What conflicts? Don't just type something just for the sake of typing. Tell us what conflicts? I hate to say this but if you all want to change things in the clan even though you're not an officer, please give a proper reason and not just give a vague reason. It ain't easy managing things ok? actually the basis of the whole matter is that ur are not happy wif ur ranks is it?
if ur were given higher ranks..ur wun complain so much liao rite??
so who not happy rite...pls contact any of the captains and we do a review of u...then decide whether u deserve a higher rank...
and like wat tango said...ranking is not based on time onli..performance also counted..and i know some of ur dun get a chance to play during clan match..dun worry .
we are working on it now...
everyone must understand that MC is a very big clan..so can't haf 40 v 40 map rite? so must queue to play lor...
next time if anyone feels he can make a difference in any clan match..kindly tell me..i am alwasy willing to let u play -

maybe u are too highly rank to have a feel of those privates?? Especially of those who feel that his skills are equal of yours?? This may lead to some members getting more and more distance from the clan...

Anyway for us, we don't always look things from the top.
I do ask those who are lower in ranks whether they are happy or they're unsatisfied with the clan.
Shocker and killer knows that MC all along had gone well with ranks so I don't really find anything that wrong with it..
If MC had been able to go through 2 generations with ranks, why should there be any problem with the 3rd?

Seriously, I dun mind being a chao private coz I dun have to always do my best. I will play according to what my rank requires me to. It will look very funny if a private plays better than an officer. And lastly, I suck anyway.
