Should we reduce MC to 30 people clan?
Inactive people.....
Non-Participants.....
Should we?
I think one thing is, we should never never be proud and understimate our opponents.
One thing, don't you guys realise when it comes to matches, we all never really actually practise together at a lanshop and we just go to clan matches without preparations.
Secondly, I think we need much much more teamwork. Skill wise, I can say yes you all are pretty good but teamwork.....
Most of us are very individualistic. Just thinking of killing more enemies instead of helping your own teamates, not thinking of winning as a team but just your own frags.
I hope you guys can start to reflect.
DT and RIP matches. We lost due to always the same reason. TEAMWORK!

Althought as ugly as it may sound, I agree with tango that MC should be reduced to a smaller clan.
Makes communication easiler...
Inactive members should be relief of their positions as they do not contribute to the clan's progress.
How do u train when members are always reluctant to come out for outings
And how do u win when members dun train together??

think the bottom line is this, we can be as big as we want to be as long as we turn up regularly for practice and outings~

Actually I have a very sad and ugly idea.
I feel that I want all the Top 10 members of MC to be in Legion A, legion A then will be a new squad of course lead by TopGun.
Team B,
all the MC members who are not so strong but have the potential to make it to Team A.
This will of course start rivalry in MC. Rivalry is not a bad thing, depend on how you view it.
When there is rivalry, there will of course be improvement as I am sure everyone will want to make it into the Top Team in the clan itself.
I am only afraid that some members might get upset with being in Team B and view themselves inferior. To me being in Team B, is not inferior but its just that you have yet to realise your full potential.
I feel we have a need to reduce to a
30-35 membership clan. It's going to get ugly... if you want MC to be good, we're known in the CS community as good individual, but sad to say as a team we suck big time.
Team B will have 25 people and Team A will have 10 people only.
Members in Team A who can't prove themselves worthy to be called the Best of MC will drop to Team B.
Ya, I know this sucks. Just my idea.
For a big clan we really need planning.
Some might quit the clan due to this.
How you guys think?
It's just my idea, I have yet talked to Kali or TopGun about it.
Continous failure in clan matches makes me feel MC really need a good management.
Actually, I would like to hear some suggestion from any of the MC members. I am really not very sure how should we manage such a big amount of people.
My current listing of people in Team-A
1.TopGun - Ablity with leadership. 'CQBer'
2.HikaRu - Ablity to snipe, Good 'CQBer'
3.Eurofunk - A good 'CQBer' and Sniper
4.KuKubird - Good 'CQBer', cooperative.
5.Kali - Cooperative, Good 'CQBer'- Carbine
6.Tom - Good AK user.
7.Force - Good CQBer and cooperative
8.Dashwolf - Experience player though campy at times.
9.??
10.???
I feel the following listed have their speciality there. But I wish one day the whole MC squad will have their speciality.
The followings below are people who I feel have chance to be in team A.
Fallenangel- Good Instinct Sniper
Mephosis - Improving everyday and good player
Insignia - Good player but a bit hot headed and thus forget orders sometimes.
Nirvana - Cooperative member but need improvement.
Shade - Good but seldom see him.. O lvls...
Shocker - I wanna put him in Team A as he is one hell of a good player now.
Chrome - NS now....
Ghostwalker - Vanished liao
Cokes - Rarely with us
Snowfest - Experience but new member in MC, has yet to play in any clan match.
Killer - Need improvement but has good teamwork now.
Tango - eh O lvls, can train with you all until July only after that think hes gonna vanish
....

To separate into top ten members in A wouldn't be such a gd idea... If the ranking system in MC has oredi given you worries... then having A,B,C ranking is even worse...
Besides... i feel that MC's members has more or less equal skill... so it will be hard to differentiate between MCs...
I believe that there's no foolproof solution to this problem.. but
my idea is that either we reduce members
or we can also add a legion D or watever...(Kuku is a gd choice
)
But i believe to let each legion be affective... they should contain ONLI 10 members and also regular training should be implement. And maybe we can implement buddy-pairing too?? It should work... since the army implement them too whahahhaa.
Btw hor... Legion A,B,C dun sound nice leh.. hehe can we like change them to other names? e.g let each legion decide for themselves wat name they one lor....

well.. i think that MC should just remain as it is lah .. becoz if there is too much competition among squads right, it would lead to rivalry inside the squad and then because of that, it maycause our squad to break up or something like that u see..

actually tango's idea makes sense... but the downside is when team A pple gets cocky or watsoever and starts jeering the other non team a members and u know...fights happens...
i guess personality should be considered to be considered to be in team a or so called mc elites. its a nice idea overall...might work out, but gotta have everyone agree first...but 10 is a small number isn't it for such a huge number of manpower we have...
