Just got back my Olvl results. L1r5 6 bonus 4. I really wanted to take digital animation course in polytechnic, but it seems like my parents aren't going to let me. Anyways, which JC that offers Art Elective Programme should i go? It seems like only HCI and NJC has the elective... Is HCI more competitive/elitist than NJC...? Any advice? Please help, thanks :)
