And the opposition must dig out all of his filth like how he joined pro-british progressive party, connived with british to bring down Lim Chin Siong, worked for Japanese in WWII, hakka peranakan but still posed as a fake chinese, suppress chinese schools, destroy dialects etc
Lee Kuan Yew escaped the voter's wrath this time, he won't be so lucky the next time.

George Yeo: WP using people of Aljunied
ALJUNIED GRC residents are being treated as 'chips in a game of high stakes' Foreign Minister George Yeo said on Tuesday.
At a press conference at the People's Action Party's (PAP) Paya Lebar branch, he used his most hard-hitting language in the campaign to date, saying that Workers' Party (WP) chief Low Thia Khiang was using the residents 'for much larger gain'.
Mr Yeo said: 'He is prepared to have instability, because instability will give him and WP the opportunity to achieve their ambitions. He has already abandoned the people who voted for him in Hougang. Now, he wants to use the people of Aljunied.'
He and his teammates, Mrs Lim Hwee Hua, Minister in the Prime Minister's Office; Mr Zainul Abidin Rasheed, Senior Minister of State (Foreign Affairs); Madam Cynthia Phua, town council chairman, and Mr Ong Ye Kung, an assistant secretary-general of NTUC, are going head to head with the WP's A-team, comprising Mr Low, party chairman Sylvia Lim, top lawyer Chen Show Mao, family counsellor Muhamad Faisal Abdul Manap, and postgraduate law student Pritam Singh.

IMHO, the last chance for the Aljunied voters to change their mind is over when Mrs Lim Hwee Hua had to use gutter politics to smear a candidate.

Notice how the PAP candidates are running out of issues and topics to raise, so they start pinpointing people from the opposition to come up with one?
Notice how quiet the opposition is with pointing fingers at PAP candidates, unless its a reply that is required of them?

I am amazed that "solutions" like minimum wage spring out suddenly within this period when it was argued for so long and rejected forever.
Never in my life, would I expect dragon to say sorry.
But, it only show that we need another voice to represent us and NOT a voice to tell us who to vote.
The local singaporean can tolerate hardship if the policy implemented benefit to overall growth of singapore.
However, we are blamed, bullied and ignored by world class paid party who have come to regard their way as the only way and put forward policies which harm the basic livelihood.
It is time for leadership renewal.
Not within the same party, or else we get Miss Kate Spade and Mr No-Porn into the house.
But, people who can bring forward solutions and cross examine policies that affect us.
We have to realise it is OUR country and it is time to take ownership and make decision for the next ten years for Singapore.

The old man will never say sorry to the commoners.
He is the one that made the country world class and why should he be apologising since he is the founding father ?
The founding father make no mistakes and all his instructions should be observed.
Or else fear his thunder and wrath.
Without him , all the singaporeans will become slaves and maid, all companies will go bankrupt, every one will be sleeping on the street.
Be prepared to regret and repent if you want him to apologise.

The threat of withdrawing upgradings have condemned country politics to being second rated.
People can only focused on issues that, in other countries is a given, a responsiblity shouldered by the government.
Just imagine, if the whole country is managed well and all places upgraded accordingly, this issue will cease to be a problem and more input and manpower can be focused on issues like jobs, shaky economy etc.
PAP is wasting tax payers money and acting like they owned the place.

I have a strong feeling the massive number of spoilt votes will swing the advantage back to PAP particularly for aljunied.
