anyone still remember her maiden speech, that Australia is in danger of being swamped by Asian in 1997.
Singapore is already being swamped and overwhelmed by foreigners, mostly Asians such as Indians, PRC, Phillipinos, Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysians, Burmese etc.
Australians are so racist
I do but because of all the controversial surrounding her, I think it's hard to really make an assessment of what she really stands for and what she have acheived. She seemed not to have any firm ideas on what her plans are.

On 24 May 2007 Hanson launched Pauline's United Australia Party.[65] Under that banner, Hanson again contested one of Queensland's seats in the Senate in the 2007 Federal elections, when she received over 4% of total votes.[66] The party invokes the partial namesake of the historic United Australia Party.[67] Speaking on her return to politics, she stated: "I have had all the major political parties attack me, been kicked out of my own party and ended up in prison, but I don't give up."[68] In October 2007, Hanson launched her campaign song, entitled "Australian Way of Life.", which included the line: "Welcome everyone, no matter where you come from."

I went to her rally once. She isn't so much against Asians but lax of control of immigrants. She is much maligned as the opposition like here by the mainstream media.
So I see.
Pauline Hanson has packed her bags and left Oz. Good riddance to bad trash like her.

well, I was in Oz studying when she was massively popular.
in a way, she was against the lax of control and at that time, I took it as racially motivated.
but now looking back, she may have made some sense.
Hanson was reported as saying she wanted to move to UK.
However, what irked me was not her anti-immigrant or anti-Asian bullshit. The stuff she said about the Aboriginals stank even more, considering she was descended from colonial imperialists and therefore not native to these parts.
To read more about my stand on treatment of Aborigines by white people in modern-day Australia, read these two blog entries:
