Civil Servants voting for opposition?

Will civil servants vote for opposition parties? All of them I talked to, ranging from policeman to high rollers working in GIC seemed not to have any distant remote plan of voting for opposition at all. If not mistaken civil servants comprised quite a sizeable portion of population as many citizens are now hiding inside there to avoid low pay, foreigners who can't converse in English and unstable work environment in the private sector. The MIW has a sizable amount of ready made votes, sad to say, by playing on the fears of civil servants not able to have pay rise and promotion if they vote otherwise.

I would say those working at the town councils more inclined towards the current ruling party in their vicinity..
Civil servants do not equate to PAP vote. -
almost everyone in S'pore think...............Govt = PAP..............
so when they vote against PAP..........they think they're going against Govt......and their balls SHRINK........
civil servants mostly will vote for PAP..............along with their spouses and parents and kids............
if not for these BALL-LESS civil servants and their associates...............i reckon the opposition will have won 30-40% of seats......
most S'poreans are so short-sighted they can't see beyond their noses............they don't realize that by voting for PAP they're actually screwing their own kids............

Got plenty will vote la....i know of this chap who got into a senior govt position despite voting for opposition all these donkey years.
Fear not, either u vote with your vote, or your feet.
