How many seats will PAP lose at next election?

i'm expecting 4 seats minimum..............up to a maximum of 8 seats..................

Tampines got 40% chance to lose it, Bishan - Toa Payoh got 35% chance to lose it, Aljunied got 45% chance to lose it.
All these are 5 men GRC. So at most I am expecting 17 seats lost.
