  Remember there are lots of people who died within these 5 years and those who are over 21 and qualified to vote for the 1st time. Not forgetting foreigners who have just gotten Singapore Citizenship and ready to vote too.

  Yes, there will definitely be changes in the next election.

  We will see more new citizens voting, probably that someone is no longer existing to campaign for the election.

  ya and they say... since he is not there.. then dun need to vote already.. they just cancel the whole election thing and say it's best for singapore .... just like our cpf money.. we are not mature enough to vote too

  Best do away with voting.  Just convert to monarchy, then the old fart will have the chance to become king in his lifetime before he goes report to king of hell.
