What are the chances Potong Pasir will continue under opps?

Rumour is Chiam will go contest Toa Payoh - Bishan GRC to fight Wong Kan Seng in the coming election. But that's still remains a rumour.

3 reasons why Chiam is aiming at Toa Payoh - Bishan GRC:1. The GRC is just next door to his Potong Pasir ward.
2. Voters in the GRC no chance to vote due to walkover in past elections.
3. Fight with Wong Kan Seng over the Mas Selamat issue.

That is a big GRC, covers Bishan. I have a friend staying in Bishan told me that most people in Bishan don't like wks. Once when he was in bishan somebody planted a fake bomb to scare him. hahahah. -
There were some disagreement over the Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC with WP claiming to do the ground work there.
He could go next ajoining Jalan Besar GRC which was contested by SDA in the last election.

LHL said that there will be smaller GRCs and more SMCs. Possible major reshuffles in electoral boundaries.
