Issit really compulsory?? Anyone skipped this b4?? What do you do during Sports and Wellness.. Sian leh.. I so old liao still have to run with those kids.. Thinking of it.. Really SIAN AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~~~~~~~~~~~~

If u dont wan to run u can walk ma.when i in sec sch every year got run, but i walk with my freinds all the way.

what the difference? in poly is not it better?u dont run who care.Not like in sec sch when they can scold u and treaten u to detention.But in poly, who cares anywhere?No one will scold u!

OKOK.. Btw, how does this Sports and Wellness work? As in.. Issit in our time-table and we have to go at their specific timing, or we're free to go anytime we like and clock in or whatever? And what do you do during that?

No lah. For future mah. My current one wun earn enuff in the future to feed my parents.. Ahahahha.. No lah, actually market is so small, so many ppl into my current course.. Where got so many jobs to meet the demands.. And oso it's abit of track from what i really wanna do lor.. lOL.. You can't go wherever you like, this is not your home.
Be punctual, some teachers might not like it, some teachers don't bother.
S&W can be badminton, basketball, football, netball, volleyball, rope challenge, life saving, swimming, baseball and etc.
You get to choose what you want, but only on that first day of S&W. If you skip that, you can forget about choosing your own sport.
I choose badminton last time. They will teach you everything from basic. -

NP sports and wellness fun stuff man.play a sport.its nothing like p.e i assure you.i chose rugby.freaking fun.dun miss it,its a super cool module.

sports and wellness.. you WILL enjoy it.. u bet... and its seen as a sub module which pass time easiest.. believe it anot.. bbut this can be the last time you be having sports lessons aka PE lessons
