The Myanmar football fan who insulted Singaporeans and threatened to take over Singapore in the aftermath of Singapore's 2 - 1 loss to Myanmar has apologised.
In two Facebook posts, the fan who goes by the name Guidingstar Mmu apologised profusely for his heated words and urged the FAS to unban him and allow him to post his apology on the FAS facebook page.
He wrote:
"To all people in Singapore. I am very very sorry for my post. I apologize to all. I commented with anger. I am absolutely sorry for this case. I apologize to all. I also apologize to Football Association of Singapore. Please give me a chance to apologize to your page. I am very sorry for my comment."
"I apologize and request to Football Association of Singapore. Please open me to comment at your Facebook page. I want to apologize for my bad manner. Please give me a chance to apologize."
Will Singaporeans forgive him for his heated comments? Will Singaporeans let bygones be bygones and forgive him for his rash mistake? What do you think?
