For all those out there, whether you are an amateur who does not know what a Smith machine is, or someone who wants to shed the extra fat gained during Christmas, or the seasoned weightlifter, 2009 is the year where you can make new resolutions to work out, to work harder, to eat smarter and to lead a smarter healthier lifestyle.

Haha... well at least I have...
But as a plan.... I need time to carve it out....
For now, it's just running and eat less.
Basically for me... running onĀ even days and strength trainingĀ on odd days...
Weekends are rest days for me...
hey, can u guys share the no. of reps, sets and exercise that is ideal for biceps, triceps, deltoids and chest ? i juz started on gym not long and i dun realli noe which part i should focus.
