i just remembered i'm having 2.4 tmr .

my personal tactic to overcome 2.4km run is to find a suitable jogger who is reasonable fast enough to pace.
I would follow his jogging steps as much as I can. The secret is to maintain the pace even though your body is telling u to walk or slow down.
Need to MIND OVER BODY.
Then when u reach the final 100meter, do a final sprint to the finishing line.

Wow, besides SBJ, the rest all gives you a IPPT gold with 2.4 the hardest hurdle for most and you crossed it
:D barely made it.
Used to have timings like 12 flat, then slowly improved to 11, 10, and finally made it beyond 9:44.
It can be done =)
