acne problem, help!! ):

hello. i have acne/pimple problem since around end of sec three (two years ago) and initially pimples start to appear like only on the forehead, chin and nose. at first it's those kind of small small ones then last year the situation worsened and both my cheeks have pimples as well. they were much bigger in size (acnes i supposed, but i really dunno the difference though) and it's very red and painful. sometimes i would squeeze them after they turned "white" as in the pus?
i started visiting the family clinic near my house but the cream and facial cleanser didn't seem to be of much use and they were pretty costly as well. sometimes my face is good sometimes it's not. i dunno is it hormones problem or what but i'm pretty affected by it already like no confidence and friends' teasing. my mum's friend recommended me to visit the ponggol clinic at hougang and i went there for two visits alr. the cost is still alright and they give pills, cream and cleanser. but still it's of no help and more small red pimples started to appear esp on my forehead. worse off, even pimples started appearing on my back.
any recommendation like facial cleanser which are good or masks/remedies etc? i thought of going to the skin centre but it's really costly i guess and i cannot afford it. -
You're still growing up.
Just remember to eat more fruits and drink more water. Rinse your face with water occasionally.

no don go to skin centres. i went to jean yip and took a facial package which she promised 100% recovery for my pimple problems. but in the end no use at all, and i gt more pimples. i asked them y issit so. and they tell me tat it's juz normal facial package, wont help to improve my pimple conditions at all. ==
so i stopped going, though thr were no refunds or wad. So only go to trustable ones, don anyhow believe their guarantees or wad. -
