  i know why u say lime juice is acid because it gives out a sour taste.

  But in scientific terms, Lime are often classified as alkaline.

  Thats why when u go indian restaurant, they serve u lime juice.

  Because Indian food is spicy--> acidic

  Lime juice is alkaline,Therefore can neutralise the spicyness.

  according to my physician I ate too much bread and too much of bread will cause acidity stomach.
