My neighbour now has a new maid. She loves running about in the house, cause so much noise. the next time i see her, i will ask her if she is training for the olympics

he move some of the pots away already and did not hang his undergarments out already. my mum made a second complaint to the town council and it works though. lol -
Ya i have weird neighbor too. Not sure this neighbor of mine are weird but they really quiet. Most of the time when i say hi to them, they just look at me. And at that time when chinese new year, I pass them fruits. They like really creepy la, the father of that family like grab my both wrists and then said thanks. I was like "er ok" Then he take the plates that i pass it to him.

He's taking out the trash and walk pass by us. Then i felt his hand touch my neck. I quickly turn then he said "when water the plants, u need to be calm". And i give the "er ok" look. But there's one time i was freaked out by him, I was helping my sister hanging the pot outiside my home. I Jumped up on the stool and try to hang it there while my sis went to the toilet. Then that guy walk by and asked if i needed help, i said no thanks but he insist. So he grab my lower legs as a support in case if i fall off. I understand that but what makes me scared of him is that his hands began to slowly moved up my legs le. I can feel it. Then i wiggle my legs, after that he lower his hands again.

Recently the unit above me has been complaining abt my neighbour coz they say my neighbour keep singing karaoke disturb their baby slping... Also recently saw alot of officer come down talk talk with my neighbour... But actually my neighbours are very nice people -____- sing also not frequent and the voice sooo nice...
On the other hand, the unit tat is complaining often drag their furnitures around, often got drilling and hammering noice from their unit... They shld do something abt their noise first if they wanna complain sia...

its only bad luck if they nv wash and hang outside..cuz will be smelly and unhygenic..
planting is actually good mah..but must make sure its not a spawn ground for ades...as for your mum cant hang clothes out..thats the real problem actually..if hard approach cant work den got try soft approach?
