Same problem as mine. But mine they include noise from relatives. The bloody woman wears clog walks around the house, noisy.Sometimes, it sounds like tearing houses.

many years ago I saw a man go smash the window pane of a flat in the opposite block flat and ran away lol. the women came out and made a police report. dunno what grudge this fellow has w the flat owner.

the town council also cannot do anything. because they say not obstruction then the corridor space is free to use. and also another thing the NEA also cannot do anything because their plansts dun collect water watsoever. they really too much though. that time when my mum move in, the agent never disclosed his identity as the next door neighbour n promised that he will ask them to move the plants away. then in the end, they still come n take up the space. my mum say nvm le. she dun want to do anything le.
