Weird neighbor

my mum told me abt our next door neighbor. She say the next door neighbor hang the under garments at the corridor which is kind of bad luck for her because our house is the last flat so we have to pass by everyday.
then she say that the next door neighbor planted a lot of plants outside the corridor, those plants u can find at kampung area. plant until my mum nearly cannot hang the clothes outside to dry.
my mum scold them le. but they continue to go on doing that. hmm.. weird i guess.
if plant too many plants outside the corridor, can complain to health department is it?
anyone else got weird neighbors?

sure have one lar. you are dealing w human beings. I know an ex male colleague, he doesnt brush his teeth everyday. he woke up, doesnt brush or wash his face or comb his hair, then just put on clothes and eat breakfast before heading for work.

unreasonable. the one upstairs make horrible noise and used vulgarity on me with no good reason, the one next to me bang bang like bangig tree trunk at the wall and leaves empty cans outside my house -

the one next to me i ignore. to me if can ignore just ignorethe one above , i have no choice but report them to police. WE tolerated and the last straw was my mum after op needed rest but they kept making loud noise in the nite, bang loudly, drag loudly and throw things loudly. Then they not happy, whole platoon appeared on my doorsteps and started quarrel with us.
and the many stories of them giving nuisance continue till today. Anyway, I know their old neighbour and she told me the family well known to be bullies and notorious.

Hdb is like tt. no law to bind them & no management to enforce..
some estate are better though. must choose carefully when buying house.

yes still stay there.now use ear plug until my ears itchy and sometimes pain.
but sometimes still cannot solve leh

last time I wrote an email to my MP, who referred the matter to HDB. they really come down to investigate lol.

Investigate only. I know of people who make police report and police also come down to investigate but no action taken so whats the big deal -
many years ago I suspected my neighbour to scribbe on the lift, saying my flat unit number out and say something unflattering, so childish lol. could be their children I suppose.

Police can charge you for causing public nuisance.HDB own the flat so what they also cannot do anything. You expect HDB to confiscate the flat from them or what? It is not like they have done something illegial with their flat..At most HDB give warning only which Police also can give warning..
