I always suppress my emotions to get rational thoughts out so much so over the years i don't need to suppress them--i almost could not feel them...even when i do, they get buried somewhere....
Frankly speaking, i'm getting tired of this situation....i managed to let go 30% and no more...i do not want to be seen as acting irrationaly in front of others...

i always do that too..and i find that its actually not really good for me..my brain feels as though its been in a mircowave oven...it sucks to suppress emotions..can be mentally damaging..
i cried when my grandma passed away..
and when my gf left me T_T...

When i attempt to make myself cry, there is this all consuming fire that burns every part of myself, vaporizing anything in its path.....and in a bid from sensory overload, i stopped myself to cry.....

and you get angry at yourself for not being able to cry.
you can feel that cooling fiery feeling flowing in your body soon after with that burning desire in your heart wanting something that you do not know what.

It's like you have imprisoned yourself (the true one) and it has failed to get out despite its best attempts due mainly to its cowardly owner....it's telling the owner a sensory overload is what is needed to set yourself free...
