Because the last time i had it. It was bought by my CO to another 400men where each had 5X beans, 5X powerbars, 5Xsome gel shit ... enuff said ... -

It wasn't serious exercising, we just trekked a total of 60+++Km (with other shit included) over 5 days with less than a total of 6 hrs sleep. The beans n bars did came in handy ...
Just to add on, that gel thing was not for human consumption, explicit details are not meant to post here ... -

Rough GPS overview of the path taken...
Distance: 12.74 Km
Time start around:1020 Hrs
Time End around : 1315 Hrs (not inclusive of eating)
Duration: 3 Hrs
Type : Forest walk
Difficulties : Pathways are dirt road with occasional slopes with some hilly area. Some danger as some higher walk path are eroded. Fast moving bicycles were encountered in forested area which increase risk as well.
Tips : Bring around 1.5 to 2.5 litres of water, travel light and wear light clothing.
Basic expenses : $2.5/trip for the boat ride. Boat will only move off when there is 12 person.

I enjoyed myself very much too.
This P.Ubin hiking is much more tougher than the Macritchie and Bt.Timah trails. Very challenging, but the sumptuous lunch made all the hard work worthwhile!
U need more trainings!!! But I know that u can do better the next time. Jia You!!!

Anyway, really was hoping I could have joined you guys, Have not had a hike for a long time. Maybe we sould all train up and have Nepal as our trekking target in future. I missed the chance to go there about 9 years back, was hoping to go there one day.
