we can include both catering and our own dining.. for example dining at the food outlets there.. but i need more involvement in this.. plus more ppl to plan and funding

i think the idea of chalet is not bad, but kinda big project. if it's like 3d2n, then one day just go out eat, the other bbq. catering abit ex. can call delivery, now so many delivery services.
i dun really have any suggestions for chalet locations. chalet at ecp? then can cycle and stuff.

Chalet? The last Chalet I organised...90 person turned up, 50 stayed overnight...we booked 2 chalets and still not enough to sleep. In the end all never sleep fpr 2 nights...because cannot lie down...can only sit around.

We spilt into 3 groups in the night...got Mini IR group with Mahjong, Dai Dee, In-between, Blackjack and Heart Attack. Got Talk cock sing song group, all drinking more and more so talking more and more cock. Got Buffet session group, basically we brought enough food to BBQ for 2 days..so the fire was on throughout the night all the way to the morning there was food. And I tell you...that was so much fun...
