singtel broadband actually not very good. heard a lot of complaints from my fren though

yes, yes, i using now and giving me problems everyday. Everyday the facing disconnection, hanging and dead line problems. Technician came to do something to cable in house area 2 times still cannot help.
Please tell as many people as possible not to use STarhub broadband so to help them not to suffer the same fate. my friend using the land line starhub broadband also facing the same problems.

Talk to them then they sound so nice and in the end problem still not solved. Brought the sim card to service centre starhub for upgrading of firmware but the customer srvice staff told me he upgraded for me and I came back and checked, he did not.
STarhub sucks big time! pls tell as many people as possible not to use them so to help them not to face the same probs.
There are people who feedback that huawei modem cause these problems: disconnection, hang. Was told that all the ISP in sg are using huawei. must be from china.
had starhub broadband since a decade ago, never once hung or disconnected on me!

Maybe the Router guy was just joking with you, anyway, he is just a singtel router guy not the whole singtel.
I think it depends on your luck
Like for me Starhub gave me nightmares but my connection problems disappeared with Singtel.
But for others, the experience is opposite
Starhub is good.
