  River City Restaurant

  Excelsior Hotel Level 4

  It is near City hall, beside Funan Centre. The buffet will start at 1130h - 1400h. I suggest those that are taking public transport to meet me at 1115h, outside the starbuck of Cityhall Mrt Station.

  Those that live in the West that Giga is carrying can go straight to Excelsior Hotel or can park at Funan Centre, which ever car parking is cheaper.

  Will advise latest update again on Friday.

  No plans yet as it's V'day. I might grab a lady discreetly and go on a 1 to 1 date with her, if she is agreeable of course.
