  which type of horfun cooking? it depends, most of the time ppl use stocks to add in the flavour and then add some corn starch water to make it sticker...

  Hor Fun has that distinct aroma (smell) that I try very hard to replicate but can't.

  The wok heat, which we can't get it at home. Cos those commercial kitchen has more powerful gas system. Unless u want to install one at home. Also, may be u can use charcoal to fry. U can try it during BBQ. Bring a wok and try it and see if u can get the result. Last time I saw good fried KueyTeow in Penang using charcoal as the source of heat.
