No problem, lemme paste u the videos that I watched and learned. I watched them over and over again, of cos I also compare them with other videos too. Then I finalised those steps I wanted and modified a bit then do my own :) -

Buy the chicken thigh, boild the water, add in the chicken which already cook for few mins to get rid the blood/liquid, chopped carrot, potatoes, onion.... basically a bit like ABC soup but that day I didn't have tomatoes and corns in the fridge :P -
