Yes, I baked it. Small buns using toaster oven. I dun have a proper oven at home. Since I love buns so I give it a try using the toaster oven I have here.

yeah, normally required thousands school fees, and for those offer short courses for certain dishes also need a few hundred bucks. So, right now I just can learn it myself and when I have saved up money then I will take up the proffessional course.

ooo i didnt put meat for this fried rice, just veggies. It is not necessary to add in meat in ur cooking, veggies will give u another kind of sweetness and taste. -

Check up your CDC, heard they sponsors some cooking-related certification course.
