where is the syrup??? U poured it away?? -.- u shld add it in with the jelly and longan!!... may be u add less water and the jelly looked a bit hard.
think i want to buy other flavoured jelly next time n i want to buy the mould also. so can made jelly lo.

yeah, syrup with the longan. Add a bit more water it will be softer, no need to buy the mould. I normally pour to the microwave bowl cos it has glass cover then I can chill it in the fridge. Then after pour the longan or peaches and can't finish it, still can store back to the fridge.
What's you another suggestion, boo boo
but its harder den i expected...coz..im used to eating almond jelly that has de soya beancurd texture...

i think the mould would be easier because then there would not be so many broken pieces. i dun really want the syrup. it's very sweet.

i like the idea of 1 damm big pudding....the bottom is almond jelly with longan, den the top layer is ice jelly with fruits cocktails, fresh strawberries, peaches and some sweet sweet succulent mangoes.
on ya RLSH, i add de logans with the liquid concoction before the liquid hardens, so the longans are in the jelly.
i think next time then buy other flavoured then try again ba.

U won't have broken pieces. After chilled and it is hard, take it out, use the eating knife to cut it in cubes or diamond shape. Then pour in the syrup with longan and add a bit water to dilute the sweetness of the syrup. On top of that u can add in some ice cubes too.

I did that way too, but I layer the longan at the bottom, then pour the jelly mixture, chill it then add the syrup to serve.

i dun want to take the knife to take. i think that would be quite difficult for mi to do, so buy mould would be easier
