How to make piggy white again?

hmm.. this is piggy my one n only stuff toy at home. as you can see, the fur is kind of blackish. my mum do not allow mi to wash this at home. but last year, i got try to take it to the laundry shop n clean but then the fur still remains blackish even though the lady told mi, she has washed all the dirt n dust le.
is there anyway to make the fur white again? can specially ask the lady at the laundry shop to use bleach?

tot usually its e dust and dirt tat makes e fur blackish looking?
i have not much problem w this on my soft toys..i use wet tissue to wipe e fur and let it dry can liaoz..
