btw, from what i know, most of the stars they only eat boil-yourself birdnest. Bottled or concentrated birdnest seems do not give them the same effect. The price difference is not as great as last time tho..

Get those from Borneo eg Sarawak and boil it in crock pot. Add rock sugar. Used to have it every weekend when I was growing up.

anyway, me wan cm tell u dat my mama boiled 6 pcs of superior bird's nest last nite.
before she went to slp, she said not to leave any for her coz she doesnt wan any.
whn she woke dis mrng, she chked on it & xclaimed "aiyah, y neber eat finish!".

My bro bought this $200 bird nest and I have been eating them these few weeks.
My skin has really became more radiant!!!!!!!! Wooooooo~~~~~~~
But the thing is it's going to finish soon, I am looking for alternatives as $200 is really quite expensive.
Are the concentrated ones from lo hang ka good? Or should I buy those boil-yourself ones? Which is good?

I wonder if the avian flu (H5N1) can be found in bird's nest?
Afterall it's the bird's saliva (spit), I stopped buying bird's nest when all this avian flu business started.

how much you cook a day for the $200 birdnest? for 1 liang and assuming 5 pieces a box, means u eating 7.5g a day! and 7.5g can " expand" atleast 6 times (depends on the grade) = 45g of birdnest a day!
thatz a lot...
i am eating 20g ( after expansion) per week, with milk..
