Hey guys! I need help, sort of.
Here's the story goes like this.
I got this member in my band who is playing lead guitarist, he is a awesome lead guitarist. And in our band, we all have agree to have the same fixed hairstyle, same guitar height when playing, same type of genre playing on stage.
But he won't wanna change his hairstyle and guitar height. And majority of the members including myself have change.
The genre we are playing is mixture of our type. But now he wanna do full time blues. Making us having not much input.What shall I do with him? Sack him?
Anyone has any idea?

On a serious note, seriously, you wouldn't want any bad blood with him. So you still sure you wanna sack him? You might be one friend less.
It will be a win-win situation if you guys could talk sense into him to conform since you are all performing as a band. You still have him as a friend (even if he sucks for the moment). There must be unity and conformity as a band. Right? Not unless he intends to GO SOLO.

Both, as in, is the style. Not excatly same guitar height, but more to close enough.

I tried telling him before, doesn't really work. And going solo, is a matter of time who will be going. Somehow.

erm okz, you're doing the band for what reason?
think of the reason and see if it;s a good enough reason to put up with his wanting everythign his way + whether he is important enough to achieving the reason that him going will destroy it.

We use to settle down on, rock and roll, rock, pop, pop rock and blues. But now to full time blues is a bit of, I don't know.
