Cant put bicycle at void deck?

Many bikes at void decks without 1 wheel , bell , handle even seats. I saw young kids doing that and the age 12- 16 yr old . My neighbour must put the bike into the house..

my friend dont even dare to park his bicycle along the corridor outside his house, he had to bring it inside his house.

You neighbour just complained to me that you masturbate at home alot.He asked me how come so many people can have bf/gf/married but you don't and always must masturbate so much at home?

i know put post this weird forum but im just asking y kids getting worse and im not going to anger with a guy who comment more then 5000 post since may 3.And dont worry im sure im good looking enough to have gf anytime

Ya. there's this Chinese National who lives at my block. He goes around the neighbourhood and cannibalises the bikes at the void deck for parts (OPENLY) The only bikes parked there that are safe is his.
