Is riding without helmet against the law?
the Bear
i don't think so but my smashing into a car which shot out in front of me and flying over the car, i figure safety first for all

NO ! LOL ! Thats for motorcycles lah . Unless you talking about those motorized bicycles . It is required by law that you are of 16 years of age and nd to wear a helmet i think .
But for normal bikes , BMX, MTB etc. no need helmet lah . People wear helmet is because of safety . Head protection is very important ! Especially when cycling alongside with the traffic.

with that budget, u really can't get anything good.
maybe it'll be ok for awhile, then the gears will all start to run & u can't shift the gears properly.
