  oh i a long time ago... i got 2 tortoise...
  
  then one day... one of them went missing...
  
  fearing maybe it climbed out of the tank... i searched the entire house high and low. cannot find.
  
  then the other tortoise gets lonely...and died.
  
  and i threw it down the rubbish chute...

  the rainy season this jan washed a terrapin to my backyard...
  
  apparently the heavy rain flooded the tank and the terrapin got washed out and swam to my place...

  wat u all feed ur tortoise? wat kinda veggies? or fruits? or do u all feed the commercial pellets?

  to all of you out there, please do not release your red-earred sliders or terrapins into the wild here..
  
  they are NOT indigeneous species and will probably cause problems to the local fauna...
  
  and those with Star Tortoises, please give them up to the zoo because they are endangered species and is illegal to keep.. every one which makes it to the shop which you buy them from, many others will have died on the way here..
  
  be a responsible pet owner

  and does anyone feed cuttlebones to your tortoise for calcium purposes?

  1. SunForce UVB/UVA (mercury vapour)
  2. Bone Aid MicroStick Calcium Powder
  3. Rep-Cal (phosporus-free) Calcium with Vit D3
  4. ZooMed Turtle Bone
  5. PowerSun UV (mercury vapour)
  6. T-Rex UV-Heat Lamp

  Yes I do feed it cuttlefish bone
  You can buy them from those birdshops or medical halls
  
  UVA / UVB lights... check out the local aquarium

  ZooMed Turtle Bone is cuttlefish bone la
  You can buy them from the local birdshop
  They don't sell calcium powder for reptiles here
