Before you start FM08, you might want to do this...

  The main link to the graphics additions to FM08. Have fun adding them.
  
  To add them, just create a folder called "graphics" in C:/My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008 and then once you download all those graphics for facepacks, logos, kits etc, just dump their folders inside the "graphics folder".
  
  Then once you load the game, go to "Preferences", then uncheck "Skin Cache" while checking "Always load Skin upon Confirm". After that, you're good to go.

  Mine cannot leh.
  i download the skin already, extracted it to skings folder in my documents BUT when i go to my FM08, i wanna change to the skin i downloaded, my whole FM08 hanged
